Participants engage in discussions on international law, cyber norms, and capacity building, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to help shape a secure, stable, and open cyberspace. The event is designed for young professionals working on complex issues such as digitalisation, cybersecurity capacity building, and cyber resilience.
Over the years, the Summer School has brought together diplomats, policymakers, and cybersecurity experts from more than 40 countries, fostering international cooperation and strengthening global cyber diplomacy efforts.
Co-organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia (MFA), the e-Governance Academy (eGA), and the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV), this edition of the Summer School provides a platform for diplomats and policymakers to strengthen their understanding and skills in the complex field of cyber diplomacy. Building on the success of previous years, the event continues to promote a secure, resilient, and open cyberspace. Supported and funded by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for International Partnerships (INTPA), it is designed for diplomats and policymakers addressing today’s challenging cyber issues.
