The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterates its recommendation to avoid travelling to Russia. Estonian citizens who are temporarily in Russia are advised to return to Estonia at the earliest opportunity, and register their stay in Russia on the Foreign Ministry's Reisi Targalt website.
