Refund of overpaid or incorrectly paid state fee

In order to apply for a refund of the state fee, a written application and a document certifying payment of the state fee must be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs either on paper or as a digitally signed document. Please send the paper application to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the address: Välisministeerium, Konsulaarosakond, Islandi väljak 1, 15049 Tallinn, and please send the digitally signed application to the e-mail address [email protected]
