29.06 The Foreign Ministry’s Undersecretary for Economic and Development Affairs Väino Reinart will meet with the Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe Patrice Emery Trovoada in Tallinn. The meeting will focus on introducing our country’s e-Estonia and e-government opportunities, as well as on relations between the two countries and a discussion of possibilities for cooperation. The Prime Minister of São Tomé and Príncipe Patrice Emery Trovoada will also meet with Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas and visit the e-Estonia showroom and e-Governance Academy.
29.06 The Estonian Ambassador in London Lauri Bambus will be on a visit to the island of Jersey*, where he will meet with government representatives. The Ambassador will also greet athletes from Saaremaa island competing at the International Island Games in Jersey. The Island Games are taking place for the 16th time and Estonia is being represented with a near hundred member delegation from Saaremaa. The Island Games is an international sporting event, which takes place on odd years since 1985. Representatives of islands with a population of less than 125 000 from all over the globe take part in the games.
30.06 Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus will be on a visit to Sweden, where she will meet with Swedish Foreign Minister Margot Wallström. At their meeting, the Foreign Ministers will discuss bilateral relations between Estonia and Sweden and regional cooperation, Russian aggression in Ukraine, Eastern Partnership and other current European Union topics. The Foreign Minister will also meet with local Estonians in Stockholm.
30.06 Consular consultations between Estonia and Belarus will take place in Tallinn. Scheduled topics at the meeting include topical consular issues and addressing the visa policy and related issues. The Estonian delegation will be led by Director General of the Foreign Ministry's consular department Kersti Eesmaa.
1.07 The Foreign Ministry's Undersecretary for European and Transatlantic relations Mart Laanemäe will meet a parliamentary delegation from the German State of Hesse in Tallinn. The delegation from Hessen is visiting in Estonia from 29.06 to 02.07.2015. The delegation will also meet with the Minister of Social Protection Margus Tsahkna, the head of the Estonian-German Parliamentary Friendship Group and Chairman of the EU Affairs Committee Kalle Palling, member of the Constitutional Committee Martin Kukk and the chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee Raivo Aeg. In addition, the delegation will visit the e-Estonia Showroom, Tallinn University of Technology’s Mektory Innovation Centre and will meet with representatives of AS Nortal Priit Alamäe and Taavi Einaste. In Tartu the delegation will meet with tmayor Urmas Klaas, Vice Rector of the University of Tartu Martin Hallik and head of the German Philology Department Silke Pasewalck.
2.07 Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus will meet with the Associate Minister of Foreign Affairs of New Zealand Todd McClay during his one-day visit to Tallinn. At the meeting they will discuss relations between the two countries and cooperation within international organizations. They will also discuss the situation in Ukraine and current issues of migration. Associate Minister of Foreign Affairs Todd McClay is a member of the New Zealand Cabinet. His main responsibilities are management of fiscal policy and state-owned enterprises; he is also the Associate Minister of Trade.
3.07 Foreign Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus along with the Foreign Ministry of Latvia, Edgars Rinkēvičs will announce the winner of the Estonian-Latvian and Latvian-Estonian translation award at the Estonian Foreign Ministry. Following the award ceremony, the Foreign Ministers will give a joint press conference. At a working lunch meeting, the Foreign Ministers will discuss bilateral relations between Estonia and Latvia, regional cooperation, joint energy and transport projects, the results of the European Council, the situation in Ukraine and issues related to strategic communications.

1-2.07 The chamber orchestra Glasperlenspiel Sinfonietta is performing concerts in Peru’s capital Lima.
4.07 The street art exhibition PIND (“Surface”) will be opened in the Centrala Gallery in Birmingham, UK. It is an international art project, where among others, the works of three Estonian artists Anton Koovit, Carl-Robert Kagge and Uku Sepsivart will be exhibited. The exhibition was initiated and curated by cultural producer Jaanika Okk and will remain open for two months. The PIND project has received funding from Arts Council England, the Estonian Ministry of Culture and the Cultural Endowment of Estonia.
