List of subjects (Sanction of the Government of the Republic to protect Estonia’s security and interests and against the actions of the Russian Federation in Ukraine)

Estonia has imposed a sanction of the Government of the Republic by a regulation of the Government of the Republic of 13 March 2025 No 18. According to § 2 sections 1 and 2 of the regulation, and directive of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 15 March 2025 No 30, beginning from 16 March 2025 restrictive measures are applied to persons who are directly or indirectly supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as follows:

all funds and economic resources belonging to, owned, held or controlled by the following natural persons, or natural or legal persons, entities or bodies associated with them, shall be frozen,

no funds or economic resources shall be made available, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of the following natural persons, or natural or legal persons, entities or bodies associated with them,

a prohibition on entry to Estonia is applied to the following persons:
