The general goal of Estonian development cooperation is to contribute to the eradication of world poverty and to attaining the Millennium Development Goals.
The goals of humanitarian aid provided by Estonia are to save human lives and deliver assistance to victims of natural or manmade disasters, focusing particularly on the most vulnerable population groups.
