The consular domain of the Estonian Consulate in St. Petersburg is enlarged, so that in addition to the city of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad and Pskov oblasts, the consular domain now also encompasses the Republic of Kareliya and the Arkhangelsk, Vologda, Murmansk, and Novgorod oblasts.
