Foreign Minister Urmas Paet expressed condolences to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov over the fire in a psychiatric hospital near Moscow that killed many people.
“I express profound condolences to those lost and injured in this tragic accident and their loved ones,” said Foreign Minister Paet.
Late in the evening on Thursday, 25 April, a fire broke out in the Ramensky psychiatric hospital near Moscow, killing 38 people.
