Turnover of Pärnu Port Up 17 Percent in Nine Months

The cargo throughput turnover of Estonia's Pärnu Port in the first nine months of the year was 1.44 million tons, 17% more than in the same period last year. The port said that the main group of commodities was round timber and bulk goods.
From January to September 432 ships called at Pärnu Port, in the same period last year their number was 291.
